These terms govern use of siteborne.pages.dev, its public demonstrations, and its inquiry forms. A signed project agreement governs any paid engagement.
Information and demonstrations
Public tools, architecture scenarios, pricing ranges, provider allowances, and field guidance explain SITEBORNE’s operating approach. They are not a guarantee that a specific project will use the same scope, provider, cost, timeline, or outcome.
No guaranteed outcome
SITEBORNE does not guarantee search rankings, revenue, conversion rates, permanent provider allowances, uninterrupted third-party services, or unreviewed AI accuracy. A project agreement defines deliverables, acceptance, ownership, third-party charges, licensing, support, migration, and termination.
Acceptable use
Do not interfere with the site, bypass rate controls, submit unlawful or abusive material, probe for credentials, or place passwords, payment-card data, government identifiers, medical records, confidential legal files, or other unnecessary sensitive information in a form.
Ownership
The SITEBORNE name, logo system, site design, written material, and demonstration architecture are protected materials. Client ownership and licenses are defined in the applicable project agreement; third-party materials remain subject to their own licenses.
Provider boundaries
Cloudflare currently hosts the public site and account-owned intake storage. Optional providers named in the architecture are disabled unless the system status page states otherwise. Provider names do not imply sponsorship or partnership.
